Location was perfect with everything within short walking distance. Rialto bridge and water taxi/bus stop, shops and restaurants. It is in a very busy area and crowds are to be expected but we loved the liveliness. When the windows were closed in the apartment, we couldn’t hear anything so that was nice too. The apartment was clean, spacious and cool from the hot days and we had a beautiful view overlooking the square. Perfect for our first time in Venice.

It is a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 floors apartment in venice style (wonderful terazzo floor, Murano chandelier, furniturte fabrics and curtains in the same venice patterns ...) with a big kitchen to cook an eat together (6 adults). Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms an a medium size terrace. The 2 young women from the housekeeping service have been very helpful, have been available all day long and fixed a problem with the warm water in just no time. Chapeau! Location is 100m from the Rialto Vaporetto station. So it was very easy for use to go from Tronchetto car park via Vaporetto to Rialto station. Rialto bridge is 2 corners around and San Marco is a 10 minute walk.

It was a beautiful apartment with beautiful classic furniture, comfortable, clean, equipped with all needs, and in an excellent location in the city center, close to shopping stores, restaurants, and Piazza San Marco.

The hotel was located in a great spot. It was however a little difficult to find based on the google maps directions with the address provided. A pin needs to be dropped with the exact location of the access door for easily locating the hotel. The apartment was great. It was easy getting in and out of the building and hotel room, once located. We were so thankful for the coolness and comfort of the room. The beds were great and the kitchen was well stocked.

The location was incredible! We were able to pop back at times during the day without going out of our way to do so. It was so easy to locate when we arrived and the luggage store nearby was great for us on our last day. The apartment itself was a great size for us to stay in with our two young children and it was comfortable and clean. We had all the facilities we need to have breakfast in the mornings and there are nearby shops to stock up.

Beautiful apartment close to everything. Huge opening windows onto a lively but not noisy street below. Cleaning fee a bit steep for one night so stay a bit longer.

Amazing apartment for a big family of 5-6. Rooms were very spacious and facilities were very clean. Aircons were great and functioning for the heat. The apartment is also in an amazing location. It is right next to Rialto bridge and just a 8 min walk to St. Marks Square. They also seem to have soundproof walls which was amazing for a quite sleep. Doors work by key code so no need of keys to be carried throughout Venice.

Nice roomy apartment which is hard to find in Venice. Clean, stylish and well equipped but not quite as grand and luxurious as some of the photos make out. Great location, close to all the main sights and just a couple of minutes walk from Rialto Bridge which is where the airport water bus drops off. Also pretty quiet in the apartment considering how busy the streets outside are.

we had to call the staff as we had a transportation issue leaving our previous location and they were super helpful the location was good but it was hard to find the room had everything we needed - it was very air bnb style (no breakfast) but it’s not a hotel
